- Currently we are only shipping to Canada, USA, Australia & South Korea
What are your shipping costs?
Canada
- Toronto/GTA/ Simcoe County- $15 + tax
- Rest of Ontario - $17 + tax
- All other provinces - $18 to 25 + tax
- Free Shipping over $250+
Toronto/GTA refers to the following cities:
Ajax, Aurora, Brampton, Brock, Burlington, Caledon, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, Halton Hills, King, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, Newmarket, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Uxbridge, Vaughan, Whitby, Stouffville.
Simcoe County Refers to the following areas:
Adjala, Essa, Barrie, West Gwillimbury, Innisfil, Mara, Matchedash, Medonte, Nottawasaga, Orillia, Oro, Rama, Sunnidale, Tay, Tecumseth, Tiny, Tosorontio, Vespra, Wasaga, Midland, Breton, Clearview, Spring Water, Penetanguishene, Elmvale, Waubaushene

- We currently ship orders on Mondays & Tuesdays.
- Please keep in mind, holiday seasons are the busiest times of the year for posts office and there can be possible delays.

For your peace of mind, tariff charges are now included at checkout for all U.S. customers. This means you won’t receive a separate bill from the shipping company later on — making for a smooth and stress-free delivery experience.

All customers in the USA are required to consent to our Terms and Conditions prior to placing an order, acknowledging that tariffs and processing fees collected by UPS on behalf of U.S. Customs are the responsibility of the customer. This ensures that you are fully informed before placing your order and can make a well-informed decision.
We've made every effort to ensure you're aware of this and that these fees must be paid - including a notification bar at the top of our homepage, details in our Shipping Policy at the bottom of the website, and a reminder included in all order confirmation emails.
As per our policy we DO NOT accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Refusing a package is considered abandoning your order, and it is no longer our responsibility or obligation to ensure its return. A refund will not be issued, as we would incur the cost of delivery, return, abandonment and the customs duties/fees, which usually exceeds the value of the order itself.
Packages are shipped to the address on file. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the addresses are correct & up to date. We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.
