Return and Exchange Policy
All orders are FINAL SALE. We DO NOT accept any exchanges,returns or refunds. Should you encounter any problems with your order, please fill out the "Contact Us" form - found at the bottom of our Homepage.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives to you damaged. We must be notified within 24 hours of you receiving your package. Please take clear photos and forward them to us right away. Along with providing any important additional information.
Claims are submitted to Canada Post and can take a bit long for them to review them. We will do our best to follow up and keep you posted. In some cases, a refund, partial refund or credit may be issued. Each case will be reviewed on an individual bases.
*Packages are shipped to the address on file. It is the customers responsibility to ensure addresses are correct & up to date.
Please note: All products are natural stones and may be slightly darker/lighter in person or have natural blemishes. Actual product colour may vary from the images shown.
In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's colour.
