Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently we currently shipp to Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Sweden and United Kingdom.    We’ll be adding more countries soon, so please let us know if you have any requests. 

What is the estimated time for shipping?

  • Order Processing time: Orders can take 1-5 business days to process before shipping out. (𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 & 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬)
  • We currently ship orders Mondays to Thursdays
  • Please keep in mind, holiday seasons are the busiest times of the year for posts office and there can be possible delays.

If you are ordering from the U.S., please note that you will be required to pay any government fees or tariffs in order to receive your package. These charges are not from us, but are requested directly by the delivery service on behalf of U.S. Customs agency.  If applicable, you’ll receive the payment request from your courier, and it can be paid online.

The U.S. administration has announced that 𝐝𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟗𝐭𝐡. This means, 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔.𝐒. 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐭𝐨 35% 𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐬,, regardless of their value, country of origin, mode of entry, or how they are routed into the country, will now be subject to applicable U.S. duties and taxes.

We want to be fully transparent — as a small business, we unfortunately cannot cover these additional charges. That said, we will 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔.𝐒. (this may change later) and will leave the choice in your hands. 

Since nearly half of our beautiful community is based in the U.S., we know this could impact many of you — and while we don’t yet know how it will affect our little business, we do know how endlessly grateful we are for you.♥︎
