Having problems checking out with Afterpay? (USA only)
We’ve had a couple of customers from USA reach out to us, stating that the option to select Afterpay doesn’t appear at checkout.
If you’re not seeing Afterpay show up as an option at checkout, there’s a simple fix for this. Simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and toggle the currency from USD to CAD. (You might need to do this from the homepage)
Customers in USA must checkout showing the conversion in CAD, as our company is located in Canada. (If you’re using Afterpay only)
Otherwise you can leave the currency showing in USD if you decide to checkout using any other form of payment.
