Product Information

All items are natural crystals and handmade pieces unless stated otherwise. Variations in colour, texture, shape, and size are natural and to be expected. These characteristics do not qualify as defects.

 

Sales & Availability

All sales are final once an order is placed. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and inventory is limited. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or is incorrectly priced.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the courier.

Taxes & Duties

VAT, customs fees, import duties, or any additional taxes may be charged depending on the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Pricing Errors & Order Adjustments

In the event of a pricing error, including items mistakenly listed at $0, we reserve the right to remove affected items or cancel orders at any time once the error is identified.

Our products are sold as decorative or spiritual items only. We make no medical, legal, or therapeutic claims. We are not responsible for how products are used after purchase.
