Having trouble with your payment?

Hello Crystal Lovers,

If you made it to this page, then your card must have declined and you’re seeing a charge on your statement. 

If you didn’t get an email confirmation, then an order hasn’t been placed. Which I sincerely apologize for. The issue has to do with your credit card provider. Sometimes they block online purchases.

So what will happen is, the funds will show up on your statement as approved. But it’s actually just an authorization (pending) And your funds will automatically be reversed back to you by your bank or card issuer, within 1-5 business days. But usually the next day.

I’d also recommend calling your card issuer just to make sure there isn’t a problem on their end just to be sure. Sometimes they will block orders from websites one day and then it will work the next. 

If you’d like to try again, I’ve had customers have success checking out with ApplePay, GooglePay or PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this form of payment. (Guest checkout is available)

Otherwise we also accept E-transfers, which is an option at checkout. Trying a different card may also help.
